This Individualised Law Exam (ILE) is the first-ever initiative like this taken by CA Harsh Gupta. This exam has been personally drafted by CA Harsh Gupta by keeping the track of Examiner’s Favourite Questions (also known amongst students as EFQs).
This is a 100 marks exam based on ICAI’s pattern and the author is sure that the student will get the real exam thrill while solving this exam. This exam will help you to ensure good time management and check your preparedness for exams. The USP of this exam is that CA Harsh Gupta will personally check the answer sheets of the candidates and give his comments to identity the working areas. The student will receive his checked answer sheet coupled with a suggested solution for the exam. This exam will be a great confidence booster before you appear for the final battle.

Answer to Part I of the question paper must be given in the OMR sheet. Any answer to Part I in this subjective answer sheet will not be considered.
The student needs to take a print out of the answer sheet (either Colored or Black & White) to write the exam. Any answers given on any separate answer sheet (for example, plain A4 papers or pages of registers, etc.) will not be entertained. Further, we are providing 40 blank pages for writing Part II of this paper which should be more than enough. But, in case it falls short, the candidate may take a duplicate print of this answer sheet starting from Page No. 3 to continue writing the paper (without worrying about the sequence of the page numbers).
The answer sheets should be uploaded on our website (Click here to upload) latest by 30th April 2022. Any answer sheet shared post this date, will not be considered and no refunds will be entertained for that.
Every possible try should be made by students to complete the paper within 3 hours from the start time. In case a student is not able to complete the paper within 3 hours, we urge that the candidate should share the answers completed in that 3 hours-time frame and not to take extra time, basis which we can guide the student regarding time management. Since the answers will be written in offline mode by the candidate, we can only rely on the candidate’s honesty and sincerity to achieve this goal of time management.
