ICAI’s Board of Studies releases Mock Test Papers, or MTPs, before every CA Foundation attempt to simulate the real exam with a marking scheme and answer key. Download every English medium MTP for the 2027 exams below, subject by subject.
CA Foundation January 2027 Exam Dates
ICAI confirmed the January 2027 CA Foundation date sheet on September 23, 2026. Exams will be held on January 3, 5, 7, and 9, 2027, with Papers 1 and 2 from 2 PM to 5 PM and Papers 3 and 4 from 2 PM to 4 PM.
The exam application form opens on November 3, 2026. The last date without late fee is November 16, and with a late fee of ₹600 it is November 19. See our

CA Foundation January 2027 Mock Test Schedule
ICAI’s Board of Studies (Academic) announced two mock test series for CA Foundation on 21 October 2026. Series I starts on 1 December 2026 and Series II starts on 14 December 2026, in physical or virtual mode.

Series II
Series I starts about a month before the first exam on 3 January 2027, and Series II ends 13 days before it. Fill the exam form first, since the last date without late fee is 16 November 2026.
How to Download the January 2027 Mock Test Papers
ICAI uploads each question paper on the BoS Knowledge Portal at
boslive.icai.org and in the ICAI BoS mobile app on Android and iOS by 1:30 PM on the scheduled day. The answer key follows within 48 hours of the paper’s start time.
These papers are not out yet, so there are no direct downloads for January 2027 today. We will add each paper below as a direct PDF download as soon as ICAI releases it, in the same format as the earlier attempts on this page. The September 2026 papers are already available below.

What Is the CA Foundation MTP
The MTP is a full mock exam released in two series before each attempt, each with its own question paper and answer key for all four papers. Unlike the RTP, it is meant to be solved under exam conditions with a time limit.
Series I is usually released a little earlier than Series II, so you can use the first as a diagnostic test and the second as a final check closer to your exam. If you are also looking for revision questions, our

How to Use MTPs Effectively
Attempt each series like a real exam. Set a timer, sit without your notes, and only check the answer key once you are done, not while solving.
After checking your answers, go back to every question you got wrong and understand why, not just what the correct option or entry was. This is where most of the actual learning happens.

Solve Series I first since it is usually released earlier and gives you more time to work on weak areas before attempting Series II closer to your exam.
